This Personal Data is intended for our company and for the companies held directly or indirectly by BOLLORE LOGISTICS or its parent company within the meaning of article L233-3 of the Commercial Code. It may also be transferred to our technical service providers (hosting, email routing service provider…) strictly for the purposes of performing their services. They shall be subject to the compliance programme of the group of companies to which we belong, and accordingly BOLLORE LOGISTICS shall use its best endeavours to take all measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality and security of your Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collected Personal Data is used, upon the basis hereof, for our legitimate commercial interests in informing clients and for marketing and statistical purposes, subject to your rights and interests. This data is held for B2B clients throughout the duration, and for a period of one year after the end, of our commercial relationship, such period being increased by the duration of any prescription period for any legal proceedings that may arise as a result of such relationship.

With regard to B2B non-client information, the data is held for a period of 3 years from the date of collection. The relevant categories of personal data are as follows: 'surname', 'forename', 'e-mail address', 'professional postal address', 'professional 'phone number', 'job title'.

BOLLORE LOGISTICS guarantees that you may, simply and at any time, exercise your rights under the applicable regulations. And, in particular, as appropriate, the right to object to the use of your Personal Data, and to access, to rectify in the event of error, to erase or restrict the use in the cases specified in the regulations, and indeed, if such right is applicable, to request portability of your Personal Data, by sending an email to the following address: dpo_bollore_logistics@bollore.com.
